Tired
This was my desktop....last week. I don't remember where that was taken or by whom.
I am tired today, tired of missing sleep too. If it isn't sinus it is the right leg cramping. I almost don't want to say cramps but just pain. I reach down and calf muscles are not tight. I get up to walk and there goes the big toe. Yep that is a cramp. It always waits for me to get to the toilet.
While Wil was still in bed I filled his pill boxes for the week coming. My own I do 2 wks. at a time and that has worked until now having to do Wil's. I was late ordering one of mine so missed a day on it. No biggee I'll live, just a blood pressure pill. I'll get this figured out some day. He still can call his in if I put the bottle out for him.
I hate the process of call in. They are doing their best to get us to go to Express Scripts, we are holding out.
Today I read the statement from AAA that came in yesterday. I didn't figure it out until I pulled the little tags for key chains off and was able to see what card he used for auto pay. Bless his heart he did not remember it was an auto pay or what it meant. I got the card updated, all is square now. I asked him a few minutes ago if he knew of any other memberships he pays for. He doesn't and since I'm paying bills I haven't come across any others. whew.
I had two things I wanted to do today with his help as my back is not happy and he can still drive. One was go to WalMart for a few grocery items we missed earlier in the week, second go to Lowe's for mulch.
Now why on earth do we need mulch? Yesterday I had Tony remove 2 sage, one in ground, one in a pot and a rosemary. I really didn't want to do that but I can't prune them any more and when I sent Wil out to dig a Hackberry from under the rosemary he lopped a big bunch of rosemary before I got there. It's my fault, I showed him 15 or 20 minutes before he got out there. It was then I decided on eliminating the plants.
Then when Tony came I had to go out and show him not only the sage but the oak and kumquat growing up inside it. (I haven't had the Kumquat in years but there are trees in the neighborhood). I stayed most of the time with Tony in the humidity and along came mosquitoes! It isn't enough ants bit my right foot pretty bad last week as I stood in the thicker grass with a hose.
By the time we got home this morning it was dinner time. It just dawned on me I didn't see Wil eating his cereal. But my back said sandwich's we both made our own. Now we are out of sandwich meat! I really want to use WalMart's pick up service, Wil doesn't think we are ready for it, I do.
So Lowe's got put off until tomorrow. Maybe Tony would run me over in his truck. If not I will lower the seats in the PT and hunt down a Lowe's person to load the car for me. Well I'd need them to drag the mulch off the shelf too. Bet they wish they had a pick up service too. Might check their web page.
Earlier this week I ordered an Aquatard suit as I am down to one thing to swim in. Of course I only got to the pool one day this week.

@fauquet: Since I no longer have any exercise except the pool, no more walks around the block etc. I am sure the pool serves a purpose to keep muscles and joints in some manner. Perhaps come cold weather I can add block walking.
A couple days between pool I used to do better but now that I have had to take on more things around here than I used to. I know I spend to much time bending which is not good. But I've done that since my surgery in 2006 I think.
Not supposed to twist or stretch either, but....:-)
@BLB: I thought the pool brought you some well being or improving of the muscles and joints . But it appears you have too many worries and do not sleep well . Your body and your mind become tired .
I hope this time of discomfort stops soon,Bonnie

@fauquet: I'm not so sure the pool is a good idea as I come home in more pain it seems.
I understand why in your comment you write you needed something bringing you a smile ,Bonnie . You have many worries or tasks to do . And also a frail back and cramps in the foot . ( I have sometimes too ) .
Fortunately you still can swim . The pool is a good remedy but take to the cramps in the pool .
Love
Michel
Bless your heart Bonnie--sounds like you have your hands full !!!!!
